I have started my career with Northern Trust as Analyst and it's been almost two years now

The MBA program helped me to select and shape my career

I got the job through walk in drive at Northern Trust at the end of third Semester

What is your greatest professional achievement to date?*

I got a strong understanding of the work process and I am a valuable asset for the team

What do you enjoy most about your work and what are the biggest challenges?*

My job allows me to keep improving myself and constantly develop my skills, which is something I enjoy working with.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing a similar career route and what skills/experience do you consider to be necessary?*

My advice would be to be Good at the basics and improve one's skill set relevant to the preferred profession.
