Could you provide us with a summary of your career progression since graduation?*
After graduating from IASMS, I am currently working as an immigration specialist in IBM India Pvt Ltd from Oct 2019.
How has your Indian Academy qualification helped your career?*
It has helped me in many ways. Most importantly in improving my analytical skills, management-oriented skills and my communication which was helpful for me in cracking interviews in various MNCs.
How did you get your first relevant role related to the career you are working in now?*
Currently, I'm working in the immigration department so it is not quite related to finance.
What is your greatest professional achievement to date?*
I was recognized by my managers for my precision in work and dedication.
What do you enjoy most about your work and what are the biggest challenges?*
My work allows me to explore various development in the corporate world especially in the IT industry and my biggest challenge is keeping myself up to date.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing a similar career route and what skills/experience do you consider to be necessary?*
Enhance your skills in Accounting, management and develop good IT skills. Most importantly always be ready to learn new things and try to adapt to new situations.
