IASMS conducted an Orientation Programme on the theme “Know Yourself” on 16th January 2021 from 9.00 am to 11:00 am in Seminar Hall 2. 1st semester MBA Students were present for the orientation programme. Students has the prudence to assess what is good for him and what is not, it would enable him to focus on goals irrespective of external factors that may discourage them from pursuing their ambition. Students will re-look at their personal strengths and weaknesses and use the analysis to chalk out their plan of action for the future. The speaker emphasised that Self-awareness makes students independent of their opinions.

The speaker conducted online personality test on below two topics:
“who am I “?  Quiz
“the personality quiz”
Through the personality assessment quiz, the student was able to analyze their personality traits and use his knowledge to focus on desired behaviour that would make them acceptable in the industry.
