The resource person emphasised that “Being a boss is a matter of time, but being a good leader is a gift, leadership is a great responsibility and a good leader should be a fine example to his team. This session provides an overview of cognitive and social maturity, and how they affect the success of learners of all ages.
The speaker emphasised that maturity comes with experience and sometimes life gives the best experience in order for us to understand life in a better way. A great leader should have MAD qualities which are none but Maturity, Adaptability, and Durability. These qualities can help us to be a good leader and a better human, it was a great experience for students to learn from a resource person who had experienced the bad days of life and yet wear a smile knowing that life is a journey full of ups and downs and the very few who realise it’s value know how to be a better human.
