IASMS conducted an Orientation Programme on the theme “Personality Development” on 19th January 2021 from 9.00 am to 11:00 am in Seminar Hall 2. 1st semester MBA Students were present for the orientation programme. The programme aims at grooming the students through sensitizing them about proper behaviour, socially and professionally, in formal and informal circumstances.
The speaker emphasized on personality which includes the factors like behaviour. The resource person further explained about "who we are" and "what are we" to others. Online quiz was conducted in which it helped the students in evaluating a personality level and its importance.
 She further briefed that our personality level can be changed/developed role model/influencer. 
The key learning’s of student from the session were self-confidence, positive thinking, goal setting, self-esteem, decision making, anger management, time management and much more can make every individual transform into a successful individual. Personality development includes spiritual, mental, and physical and social which the student should focus upon and this was emphasised in this session.
