IASMS conducted an Orientation Programme on the theme “Power of Subconscious Mind” on 18th January 2021 from 2.00 pm to 3:30 pm in Seminar Hall 2. 1st semester MBA Students were present for the orientation programme. The main motive behind this topic was to make the students realize how the subconscious mind will help to be mentally acted. One of the key take ways from the topic was to keep the students alive and fulfilled with desires. Students will know to focus on a goal that has a good intention is the best thing ever.
The topic also included the concept of mental ability which was divided into two parts. Conscious and subconscious mind. Conscious mind includes will power, long term memory, logical thinking, and critical thinking. Subconscious mind includes beliefs, emotions, habits, values, long term memory and imagination. People who are successful use both conscious and subconscious mind.
While unsuccessful people use only 10% conscious mind. To make this more relatable, more understandable, the speaker also narrated a story of a singer, who had problem of stage fear and the way she overcame of it. The story also influenced students to overcome their fear in life.
Students will know to focus on a goal that has a good intention is the best thing ever.
