Please share what made you get into teaching/academics?*
There are multiple reasons why I pursued teaching, below are a few • I get the opportunity to positively and profoundly impact the lives of students. • Every day is exciting with novel teaching and learning experiences. • I can easily achieve a great work life balance. • Teaching is the only profession which cannot be replaced with technology, for instance the pandemic is evidence of this. • Importantly, I can begin my day by seeing the sparking smiles of my students.
What is the most rewarding part of being a teacher/Professor?*
• I am able to inspire and shape the young minds of next generation • The sense of pride I feel when my students achieve their goals/dreams•It helps me stay organized and also enables me to spark my inherent potential and inner creativity
