Please share what made you get into teaching/academics?*

I became a teacher because
1. My HOD Dr. Sharada Ramesh was exceptionally inspirational and drove me into this profession. 2. Even though it is never said, the moment I enter the classroom, I feel confident. I enjoy imparting all the knowledge that I have gained to students. This process is extremely rewarding.

What is the most rewarding part of being a teacher/Professor?*

It is very rewarding when I hear about my student's professional growth and achievements. The feeling of contentment when my students send letters of appreciation for their achievement.

What makes Indian Academy a great place to work/study?*

Indian Academy is a place where I started my teaching career, the platform which had moulded me professionally and personally into a better person by taking up challenges, responsibilities, and diverse opportunities.
