Overview
B.Com. is an ever-green course alongside of B.A., for students opting to join evening college. It is a three-year degree programme, conducted in affiliation to Bengaluru North University, spread over six semesters. The objective of this course is to cater to aspirants who desire to build their professional competence and serge ahead in their existing careers, in the fields of commerce and management.
The programme offers specialised intensive knowledge, and skill development in areas like management, accountancy, taxation and business communication, along with choice of opting for the following electives in the 5th and 6th semesters
(i) Accounting and Taxation
(ii) Finance
(iii) Information and Technology
(iv) Banking and Insurance.
In addition to these, english language and an optional language are also taught during semesters 1 to 4.
