Scope

These Terms govern all payments made to the Indian Academy Group of Institutions via Razorpay or other authorized channels.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Razorpay-supported gateways.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Transaction Security

Razorpay uses industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS compliant systems to secure transactions.
The institution does not store sensitive card or banking details.

Fee Obligations

Students/parents must ensure timely payment of tuition, exam, and other applicable fees.
Late payments may attract penalties as per institutional policy.

Refunds & Cancellations

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or administrative errors.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days via the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to the Finance Office within 7 working days.
Razorpay’s dispute resolution mechanism may be used if applicable.

Amendments

The institution reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be notified via the website and email.
